Free Demo is available at
http://www.arma2.com/demo/index_en.html
It's big over 3 Gigs... Multiplayer and Single player...
Try it if you enjoy Combat games but not just pulling the triggers and buying your way around...
It's a simulator and will require you to learn it...

OK I bit. I bought ARMII and Operation Arrowhead combined from Amazon.
This game rocks and allows for real teamwork and multiplayer voice and chat comms built in.
I've enjoyd several nights of this game and it's just great. Met and taled to a lot of players and it is really a team oriented game.
Kinda like Mechwarriors as far as teamwork but far far better.
Try it and report back...

This game is awesome and the graphics ist rate gain the link for the free demo is http://www.arma2.com/demo/index_en.html
The demo allows you to play single player and multiplayer to get a feel for it and th interactiveness. I've been playing with up to 50+ people on my team. You get several voice and chat channles in the game to interact and talk with people, coordinate action attacks, recovery, medics, fuel, ammo, etc. This is very much like real and teams have to work together to beat the AI (there no slouches)
Takes place in ficiticious country but it loks and feels like Afghanistan.
The single player mode is good for learning the commands. Try it, you'll like it if you can deal with simulated reality. It's nt Combat Arms and it's not a shootemup. The servers are prtected by Battleye which throws you out and prevents access from hacks...
Id like to hear from anyone who plays it and gives it a fair shake. There are units out there in cyberland to join if you desire team comradery. DKL could be one of these if we gin up enough interest.

Been playing on 7th Calvary server, Usually upwards of 30 + players there. It's a fun game and s much variety you don't get tred of the game play. The server is monitored and controlled. Some folks come in and try to teamkill and get themselves banned by IP permanently. No one tolerates any BS there so that is important in the game.
I'd love to see DKL get together a squad.
